moved. |

moved our e-mail
server to Mechcom Dot Net's NOC. (Network Operation Center). With
this change, we hope to better manage the over all flow of email to
our customers. |

managers and shapers. |
| We have added additional
bandwidth shapers and managers to our existing firewalls. This
should improve service greatly. |

| New IP settings for
customers. |
| We are currently
changing our IP system to the end user. You will still have a static
IP, however your PC/Router will need to be in DHCP mode to obtain
the IP from us automatically. |

KNOWIRE CUSTOMERS |
Attention Knowire Customers - All
customers will be receiving an updated email with their current Knowire email
addresses as well as support links, contact information, and the NEW web based
email link. Also included is a link to the step-by-step tutorial to setting up
your Knowire email in Outlook Express.
Keep this information and check
your Knowire email regularly. We will send any news or updates via this email
address.
The billing Department is also
offering a monthly credit card option to all Knowire customers. If you would
rather not send in a check for your monthly service, we can take your credit
card information over the phone and automatically do a monthly withdraw for
you. Contact the billing department for more information.
